DM Hall steers Driving Standards Agency
DM Hall Chartered Surveyors, has let 2.8 acres of land at Bogmoor Road, Shieldhall, Glasgow to the Driving Standards Agency for use as a driving test centre.
Acting on behalf of Premier Housewares, DM Hall Chartered Surveyors, one of Scotland's largest independent partnerships, has let 2.8 acres of land at Bogmoor Road, Shieldhall, Glasgow to the Driving Standards Agency for use as a driving test centre.
Taking a 40 year ground lease at an initial rental of £55,000 to be reviewed on a five yearly basis, the Driving Standards Agency will now redevelop the site to include a car manoeuvring area, motorcycle area, test centre and parking.
Eric Thomson, Associate, Commercial Agency in DM Hall's Glasgow office, said, 'This establishes Shieldhall as a prime business location - its situation, adjacent to the M8 motorway, Clyde Tunnel and Glasgow Airport, makes the land very attractive for a variety of business and industrial uses'.
DM Hall has a further 3.4 acres of land available at Shieldhall which can be either let out as open yardage or redeveloped to form business space or industrial units.
