Dimplex has launched a three-day training course on ground-source products following the success of its air-source heat pump accredited installer training scheme.
The course is open to experienced heating, plumbing and HVAC installers and gives comprehensive training on Dimplex ground-source heat pumps, covering the fundamentals of the system, correct sizing and selection, ground collector installation, as well as full electrical and hydraulic installation considerations.
Delegates will complete the course with sufficient theoretical and practical information to competently specify and install Dimplex heat pumps for domestic and light commercial applications.
Attendees will be assessed throughout the course through written and practical exercises, and must successfully complete an exam at the end to achieve accreditation.
On successful completion, delegates will receive a welcome pack including a GBP200 discount voucher off their first heat-pump purchase and free commissioning on their first installation.
Dimplex accredited ground-source heat pumps installers will also have exclusive access to full technical backup, marketing support, commissioning services and extended warranties.
