Dimplex's Logic approved training courses

Dimplex is providing Logic Certification approved renewables training courses, helping UK installers to get ahead in sustainable heating with an industry recognised qualification.

Dimplex has been running its heat pump and solar thermal training courses for several years and introduced the Logic syllabus last summer.

The new courses have proved to be popular already due to a successful combination of technological expertise and solid industry backing.

Peter Quinn of Manx Solar Energy attended the new Dimplex heat pump training course in late 2009, although he has worked with renewable heating since 2002, having attended an early Dimplex air source heat pump training course.

Peter wanted to update and expand his company's skills, as the new Logic Certification approved training course covers both air source and ground source technologies.

Peter said: "The Dimplex heat pump course is excellent - I can honestly say I learnt more on the course than on any other training I've ever been on.

It gives an in-depth understanding of all the elements of heat pump systems and their installation.

Dimplex is taking a sound approach to the renewables market, with its installer accreditation scheme".
