Dimplex heat pump training courses
Dimplex courses have been effective for installers by taking the sessions out of the classroom and into the local community.
The initiative to take the Logic Certification-approved training course to a group of installers on the islands was planned by the Dimplex team with Jonathan Heal, assistant manager at Orkney's Kirkwall branch of builders' merchants Jewson.

"We're actively promoting renewable technologies and our local installers were particularly keen to attend the Dimplex training courses but travelling time and costs are a major issue for islanders".
"Dimplex to cross the water, bringing the training to us and it worked brilliantly," he Laurence Allison, Dimplex business development manager and renewables training manager Dale Banks arranged the training course at a local college for the two day course, which was attended by 12 installers from across the islands.
