DWB appointed cost consultant for King
Square
White Boulcott Limited has been commissioned as Cost Consultant on a refurbishment project on the King Square and Bemerton Estates in Islington.
Sandi Dobson White Boulcott Limited has been commissioned as Cost Consultant on a refurbishment project on the King Square and Bemerton Estates in Islington Work on the site will commence in November 2005 with completion intended for summer 2006
Homes for Islington is launching a GBP4.75million project to replace kitchens and bathrooms on the King Square and Bemerton Estates in Islington.
This phased programme will upgrade the facilities in 600-800 units, ensuring that the accommodation meets Decent Homes Standards.
Simon Britton, Cost Consultant at DWB states: "DWB are already appointed on a GBP6million tall blocks refurbishment project for Homes for Islington, which is due for completion in March 2006.
We are very pleased to be working in partnership with Homes for Islington on this current project".
