DWB appointed QS for GBP7m new build
Dobson White Boulcott has been commissioned as Cost Consultants on a GBP7m new build development, to be designed by JMCT Architects.
Dobson White Boulcott Limited, has been commissioned as Cost Consultants on a GBP7million new build development, to be designed by JMCT Architects Planning permission has just been granted for the mixed-use development, which will incorporate private residential and social housing in addition to retail and commercial units
The development for Lawford and Sons Limited is situated at the junction of the Harrow Road and the Grand Union Canal, Forty new homes will be built (including twelve live/work apartments) above two stories of retail, business and leisure units and a basement car park.
