Dobson White Boulcott complete refurbishment of Parma House, Wood Green for Workspace Group Plc DWB was commissioned as Cost Consultant and Project Manager on the GBP1.4million programme to build a new lift and stair tower in phase one and to undertake an internal refurbishment of three of the four floors in phase two
Andrew Gilson, cost consultant at DWB, states: "The first phase saw the construction of a very distinctive lift and stair tower, designed by the architects Barr Gazetas, at the end elevation of a four storey light industrial building.
The second phase involved external repairs (such as to the roof) and the internal fit out of three floors.
This created 6-7 units on each floor, which are available to rent by small businesses".
