DWB appointed cost consultant for new Idea Store
DWB have been appointed as cost consultant for a new Idea Store to be located within Canary Wharf in London's Docklands for Tower Hamlets Council.
Sean Holman, Cost Consultant at DWB states: "The High Street was in decline and projecting a negative image of the area.
Replacing the shop fronts, improving the signage and adding security shutters have all helped to improve the visual impact of the High Street".
"We were commissioned as cost consultant for the project and worked closely with the London Borough of Newham and David Gibson Architects to deliver this £700,000 regeneration project, which has successfully improved the area for its residents, local business and visitors".
The scheme has won awards from both the Civic Trust and the RICS.
