Dobson White Boulcott has been appointed as QS on the first phase of The Elmcourt Programme, which includes the construction of two new special schools and a Pupil Referral Unit.

Enabling works for this project involves the demolition of two existing schools and the refurbishment of the Norwood Park Primary School which will be used as an interim school until September 2009, when the second phase of The Elmcourt Programme is due to be completed.

"This project has been valued at £22.5million and fits well with DWB's experience working with education clients and public authorities".
