New head for DORMA Service Division
DORMA UK has recently appointed Graham Botwright to head up its Service Division.
Based at DORMA's headquarters in Hitchin, Graham will be responsible for managing all strategic aspects of the Service Division and managing the customer service operations within the UK, operating from Hitchin, Jarrow, Falkirk and Bristol With a long previous employment history in customer services roles within the electrical, heating and ventilation, refrigeration and capital equipment industries, Graham brings with him a wealth of experience
