Revolutionary new MOVEO movable wall system from DORMA is first really radical solution for years.

The ability to easily and efficiently sub-divide, or generally alter, the layout of rooms in hotels and specialist facility venues is no longer just a good idea - it is an absolute must - and the revolutionary new MOVEO movable wall system from DORMA is the perfect answer It is remarkably lightweight, easy to operate and enables intelligent, flexible - and profitable - space utilisation of areas used for conference, theatre presentation, dining, training and exhibition purposes

Events can be run in parallel, with organisers benefiting from the trend towards shorter conferences.

meetings and exhibitions - and restaurant utilisation can be improved as well.

DORMA is the world's number one in the movable wall sector and the MOVEO system is the first really radical alternative system to come onto the market for years.

It has excellent sound insulation properties, but is only around half the weight of most conventional systems.

MOVEO can be installed as new fit, or for refurbishment projects where movable partitions could not be considered previously, due to structural deficiencies.

The lighter weight is due primarily to the fact that there is no heavy manual screw thread partition sealing mechanism running down the inside of the panel.

Instead, MOVEO, incorporates an automatic ComforTronic control system, which ensures problem-free securing and partition sealing every time.

The semi-automatic operation ensures a perfect seal every time and does not rely on the operator remembering to manually seal each panel.

When the partition seals are in position, they seat with exactly the right contact pressure, which ensures partition stability and achieves an acoustic value of up to 55dB.

Product variations and a host of finishes.

The DORMA MOVEO system is available in three product variations to meet specific user requirements for different environments.

The Smart Line is ideal for average room heights and low sound insulation requirements (37 dB), while the Business Line offers a solution for moderate to high sound insulation values (47 and 55 dB) and has a more sophisticated finish.

High acoustic values (55 dB) combined with high-quality, aesthetically pleasing surface finishes are offered by the Design Line.

The various surface finishes available are classified into three different 'Collections'.

The Design Collection comprises high-quality, genuine wood veneers, striking metal decors and RAL-painted surfaces.

The Classic Collection contains particularly hard-wearing, scratch and impact-resistant surfaces in a variety of colours, as wood reproduction, or as textured decor finishes.

Further alternatives are available in the Functional Collection, ranging from rugged steel sheet and write-on or magnetic cover panels, to surfaces that perform as overhead and daylight projector screens.

When it comes to parking the MOVEO panels, there are six stacking alternatives and each takes up a relatively small area - which benefits the general aesthetics of the room - and their light weight means they have little effect on the structural integrity of the building.
