New Windows awarded contract to replace existing conservatory with latest materials including Duraflex profile and Activ ClimateGuard high performance roof glass from Techniglass.

A pub situated on the edge of the famous Longleat estate has a spectacular new conservatory, thanks to New Windows.

Based in Warminster, New Windows serves the Bath, Salisbury and Bristol areas.

Established in 1988 by managing director, Jackie Ridout, the company has carried out extensive replacement window work on the Longleat estate itself.

The Horse and Groom pub is situated at East Woodlands on the fringe of the estate.

"We were delighted to win the contract for this stunning conservatory".

"The design itself is traditional in keeping with the character of the building but the glass and materials are all innovative," explains Jackie Ridout.

"With such a large project, we chose a special portal frame for the roof and Duraflex profile which we use exclusively on all our windows doors and conservatories".

The construction also presented a challenge but the job was completed successfully while keeping the pub and its popular beer garden in use throughout the work.

"New Windows did an excellent job, working closely with us to ensure minimal disruption to our customers," commented Kathy, Landlady of the Horse and Groom.

New Windows has built up an outstanding reputation for reliability and excellent workmanship.

It now has a 30-strong workforce which fits over 200 PVCu products weekly, including conservatories, windows, doors, fascia and guttering.

It also has a popular Show Village at its head office, which features full-sized glazed house facades, showing a full range of windows, doors and accessories along with conservatory styles in various finishes.
