Using high efficiency woodchip and pellet boiler technology Dulas can help save businesses hundreds of pounds per annum on oil and LPG based energy bills.

"We can now pass on Objective 1 funding to the Ceredigion business community, through selling cheaper, wood fuel generated heat," said director Ian Draisey.

"We offer an inflation linked 5 year deal which protects businesses from the increased oil price, which will have an effect on many businesses during this winter's cold spells".

Dulas are holding an open day, showcasing the technology at the Forestry Commission visitor centre at Ponterwyd near Aberystwyth.

The boiler at Nant Yr Arian uses wood chips supplied by a local saw mill.

At this event on the 31st of January, Dulas will explain how the savings are achieved.

There will also be the opportunity to hear about the significant grants available to businesses in Ceredigion through the FC, and how they can be accessed.
