Durapipe Takes The Strain
The Durapipe Sediment Strainer removes solid impurities by means of a filter screen mechanism during fluid conveyencing and is designed to meet simple installation and maintenance requirements.
Sediment Strainers with socket union ends are now available as part of the Durapipe ABS and Durapipe Corzan ranges, complementing existing versions in PVC-U (in grey or clear bodies) and Polypropylene The Durapipe Sediment Strainer removes solid impurities by means of a filter screen mechanism during fluid conveyencing and is designed to meet simple installation and maintenance requirements

Socket union ends allow for the easy changeability of sediment strainers in line and the strainer element can be replaced by simply unscrewing the end cap and removing and replacing the strainer.
Sizes range from 1/2" (20mm) to 2" (63mm) and pressure rated at 16 bars.
All Durapipe ABS fittings are suitable for conveying cold-water applications down to -40C while Corzan is suitable for high temperature chemicals up to 100C.
Durapipe Sediment Strainers provide EPDM seals as standard and FPM is available as an option.
