Durapipe SuperFLO has been specified for new air conditioning system at Audi's showroom in Manchester.
The pipework system, which distributes chilled water as part of the showroom's air conditioning system, consists of 150 metres of 90mm Durapipe SuperFLO The new system is part of the extensive refurbishment of the Audi Centre in Old Trafford, Manchester, which includes the addition of a used car showroom that can house 18 cars and the expansion of the aftersales room

Durapipe SuperFLO has been called upon to help keep cool record numbers of visitors to 'The First Emperor: China's Terracotta Army Exhibition' at the British Museum in London.

Andy Lever, National Sales Manager, Durapipe UK said: "The water in this system will be at around 6 or 7 degrees centigrade, Durapipe SuperFLO is perfect for this application as it can provide a safety net of -40C to accommodate any possible drops in temperature".
"With these low temperatures, some alternative pipework systems can become brittle if they happen to freeze, but not Durapipe SuperFLO, it can withstand incredibly low temperatures, which meant it was the best option for this job".
SuperFLO is a complete pipework system for chilled and boosted cold water applications.
It is manufactured from robust material, which remains ductile and maintains excellent impact resistance at temperatures as low as minus 40C.
