Today the company has a number of strategic commercial priorities and objectives.
These include the development of its 'on-demand' service range, sharpening its claims management expertise for the insurance market and preparing for the implementation of changes in responsibility for private sewers and lateral drains.
This final area, which is the result of changes proposed by DEFRA, will see the company further develop its expertise in small bore drainage and also focus on other technical developments.
Dyno-Rod will also use its experience of servicing domestic customers and its nationwide network as the basis for its service offer to the water industry and associated markets.
