Dyno-Rod's Franchisee of the Year for 2005 is Runitem Limited of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.

The company received its recognition at the Awards Dinner held at Tortworth Court in Gloucestershire on 18 March 2006.

The event was attended by over 100 guests including Dyno-Rod franchise owners from throughout the UK.

Owned by Jim Screen, a franchisee of over 35 years, Runitem represents Dyno-Rod in the North East.

The company has now won the award for the second time in three years and also won in the Business Development Award category.

Jim Screen said: "I am proud of my team".

Runner up in the Franchisee of the Year was David Smith of Abingdon, serving the Oxfordshire region whilst the Best Newcomer went to K and M Environmental Services of York.

In the Customer Satisfaction category, Service Heroes of Eastleigh, serving the Eastleigh-Winchester region, took the Winner's Award.

Presentations to the winners were made by Adrian Williamson, Head of the Dyno Group and Martin Batson, National Network Manager".
