Dyno-Rod will be seen as the first choice for drainage repair for the insurance sector.
The award was won against fierce competition, Dyno-Rod franchisees being vetted, trained and maintained as some of the most professional franchise operations in Britain.
Commenting on this latest accolade, Jim Screen said, "We strive to be the best in our area at what we do and clearly achieving that is a commitment we ask each Engineer and Assistant to employ with pride".
He continues, "I believe in the ethic 'do unto others what you would have them do unto you' and we adopt this with all the staff and customers".
Runitem was also the Business Development Award Winner making Jim doubly happy with his team which has worked so hard to earn the success recognised by the awards, "I am very proud of the team which has earned these awards".
"We are a broad mix of new vibrant enthusiastic blood and a wealth of mature experience, all committed to recognising customer needs and good working practice".
Another facet of Jim's philosophy is the provision of the right tools and resources for the job.
Not only does this enable the company to provide the best and most cost efficient service, it also encourages staff members, "I very firmly believe that providing the best of equipment gives each person the best tools for the job and fills them with confidence in the knowledge that if "we" can't do it, it can't be done!".
With no less than eleven famous Day-Glo red vans on the road, Runitem is fully equipped for any drain issue or problem.
The latest underground CCTV equipment complements re-lining and pipe replacement technology and the company has just taken its first contract to use Dyno-Rod's innovative in2 system, replacing underground pipes without excavation.
With so much going on within the Dyno Group, Jim is brimming with confidence and sees the next 36 years as being just as successful as the first!.
