Dyno-Rod has nominated RPM Services of Farnborough as Runner Up in its National Customer Satisfaction Awards.

Dyno-Rod, the UK leading emergency drain clearance company, has nominated RPM Services of Farnborough as Runner Up in its National Customer Satisfaction Awards The company is owned by Roy Roberts and his team of three engineers with their famous Day-glo red vans have been keeping the drains clear at businesses and homes around Farnborough for the last five years

According to Roy, the success at the Awards has been down to good old fashioned, simple customer service: "Be polite and courteous, let the customer know how work is progressing and carry out the job as expertly and quickly as possible".

Roy undertakes a lot of work for British Gas customers as well as Dyno-Rod customers and provides them all with excellent service - as reflected in customer satisfaction surveys.

His company is also part of the Hampshire County Council's Buy with Confidence initiative, designed to ensure customers are protected from "rogue" traders and poor service.

For 2006, Roy looks forward to continued success and expansion - with providing top quality customer service at the top of his priority list.
