Dyno-Rod will be showcasing their extensive range of no-dig solutions at No-Dig Live 2006 at Stoneleigh Park.

These will include the new in2 system together with Brawoliner, Localine and Dyno-Form.

With the new in2 system, Dyno-Rod has combined innovative pipe reforming with a drain replacement process that uses the latest technology in plastic pipe manufacturing.

Requiring no excavation, the system involves installing a durable, factory-produced pipe within a void created by breaking out the existing damaged pipework with a special re-forming tool.

In a simple and straightforward process, in2 installs pipes via manhole to manhole, avoiding the expensive surface disturbance on driveways or paths which can be associated with other replacement methods.

Dyno-Rod not only developed the technology for manhole to manhole, but also developed specialist equipment for access via single manhole.

Now the most complicated drain replacements can be carried out in confined spaces.

in2 has Water Research Centre (WRc) approval and the method, pipe and installation equipment are all covered by new patents.

Typical applications include re-rounding and replacing pitch fibre pipes, repairing displaced joints, bridging across gaps in broken pipes and repairing pipes destabilised by circumferential or longitudinal cracks.

Brawoliner has just passed UK Water Companies stringent water infiltration tests.

It has the ability to line bends in pipework without causing folds or wrinkles.

The system is a seamless textile tube made from 100% polyester, developed by the world renowned Karl Otto Braun (KOB) research laboratory and capable of making 90 degree bends.

Impregnated with a special cure epoxy resin, which is environmentally friendly and odourless, the tube forms a unified, dense and leak free liner.

Whilst lining enables certain underground drain repairs to be carried out without the need for excavation, Localine has a major advantage of being able to precisely target and line only the damaged areas of pipework - offering significant savings.

Localine repairs are applied by coating a special type of fibreglass mat with silicate resin.

The impregnated mat is then wrapped around an inflatable 'packer' and pushed or pulled into position.

The 'packer' is then inflated and left to cure.

Finally, Dyno-Form is another unique repair system for pitch fibre pipes.

Specialist equipment is used to re-round any defective pitch fibre pipe enabling the insertion of a liner that will set and hold the reformation.
