The unique in2 drain replacement system involves installing a durable, factory-produced pipe within a void created by breaking out the existing damaged pipework with a special re-forming tool.

In a simple and straightforward process, in2 can install pipes either manhole to manhole or through a single manhole.

It avoids expensive surface disturbance on driveways or paths and allows jobs to be completed quickly, without fuss and disruption.

Brawoliner, which has passed stringent UK Water Industry Water Infiltration Test, has the ability to line bends in pipework without causing folds or wrinkles.

The system is actually a seamless textile tube made from 100% polyester and is capable of making 90 degree bends.

It is impregnated with a special cure epoxy resin, which is environmentally friendly and odourless.

The tube forms a unified, dense and leak free liner.

Other Dyno-Rod products highlighted include Localine which offers the ability to precisely target and line only the damaged areas of pipework - thus offering significant savings.

The Localine system consists of a special type of fibreglass mat impregnated with a silicate resin.

The mat is then wrapped around an inflatable 'packer' and pushed into position.

The packer is inflated and left to cure.

UV lining is an advanced no-dig sewer repair process for lining pipes from 150 up to 1200mm in diameter.

The system is designed for its speed of installation as it does not require large volumes of heated water and therefore heating equipment and boilers are not needed.

The liner, which is impregnated with resin, is cured quickly by using a UV light train.

The impregnated line is inflated against the host pipe using compressed air.

The light train is then pulled through the lining initiating a cure.

Once cured, any lateral connections are re-opened using special robotic cutters and where required suitable Top Hats installed between the host pipe and lateral.

With UV linings Dyno-Rod's specialist teams are able to provide a highly efficient solution for the renovation of pipelines The Top Hat System installed by Dyno-Rod is for lateral connections to lined pipes and consists of a factory stitched polyester felt top hat impregnated with an epoxy resin.

Dyno-Rod can install the Top Hat system from the host pipe up to 18 metres along the lateral connection from within the host lining by using their specialised robotic equipment.

This technology allows Dyno-Rod to provide a no-dig solution for bridging the gap between the host lining and the lateral connection for most drainage and sewage systems.

DrainCare is a tailor-made preventative drain maintenance programme.

By addressing potential problems before they occur and making regular site checks in accordance with an agreed programme, Dyno-Rod can help businesses to avoid costly downtime or even closures and ensure that they comply with all the latest legislation and regulations relating to drainage and the disposal of effluent.
