Easilift provides the ideal loading bay solutions
Loading bay equipment from Easilift Loading Systems has been specified for two state-of-the-art, architect-designed warehouses in Trafford Park Industrial Estate, Manchester.
Each bay features a 4,000 kg capacity Easilift Poweramp 232 dock leveller measuring 3.0 m long x 2.31 m wide with a galvanised steel finish.
Available in a range of sizes, it is a fully hydraulic model with a swing/hinged type lip designed and built to be long-lasting with low maintenance requirements.
The Powerdoor electrically operated, fully insulated sectional overhead doors each measure 2.5 m wide x 2.5 m high, contain two vision panels and have special stainless steel hardware.
Dock shelters are Easilift's collapsible model 403, a sturdy, hard wearing general-purpose version, designed to seal off the widest variety of vehicles during loading and unloading.
Each bay has a fully integrated control panel to open and close the door.
Because the bays are regularly washed down the controls are housed within a stainless steel panel.
Easilift also supplied traffic lights for each bay plus sliding mechanism dock bumpers.
As the ride height of the vehicle moves up and down during loading and unloading, the bumper also moves to minimise wear and tear of the hardwearing nylon on the bumper face.
