The merchants, covering the South and East of England respectively, are enabling builders to download the complete price list automatically into the materials library at the heart of the Easy Price Pro estimating program, ensuring estimates are always based on the latest materials prices.

The software then takes care of all the building calculations.

Its cumulative memory understands the building process, providing exactly the right prompts and memorising essential detail as each estimate progresses.

Changing dimensions of a window will, for instance, instantly recalculate all materials relating to that fitting, along with the prices.

Detailed and professionally presented quotations, schedules and management charts are then ready at the press of a button.

New House and Extensions Plus comes complete with detailed 3D construction drawings onto which key measurements can be entered and there is even an option of voice prompts to help ensure total accuracy.

Easy Price Pro is also looking for other merchants interested in entering a similar arrangement.
