EasyBuild has been re-released to run on the latest version of the Oracle RDBMS, Oracle Database 10g.

EasyBuild, the Oracle based ERP solution for the Construction Industry from Sapphire , has been re-released to run on the latest version of the Oracle RDBMS, Oracle Database 10g Brian Walker, Sales Director at Sapphire explains "EasyBuild is already a very powerful enterprise-wide system for the Construction Industry that leverages upon the strength, scalability and reliability of Oracle technology

Ease of use is a key strength of EasyBuild, and now there are some great new features in Oracle 10g, such as automatic memory and space management, which will also deliver ease of management within the database itself, thus helping to reduce overall cost of ownership".

He went on, "we also recognize Oracle's investment in Grid-based and wireless technologies and believe these to be the way forward and we are exploring new methods and opportunities for these technologies within the industry".
