New installation and aftercare team at Baudet

Baudet UK, one of the leading manufacturers of bathroom pods, has further improved its customer service procedure by appointing a new installation and aftercare team.

Francois Teillet and Tom Shilton, who both have skills and full knowledge on all aspects of Baudet technical operations, will assist existing and future clients as part of the Baudet technical service team.

The role of the installation and aftercare team will involve assisting in pod installation, and when necessary onsite repair and restoring damaged pod components.

In addition to providing customers technical support before, during and after construction, Francois and Tom are also responsible for our comprehensive stock of spares available for immediate dispatch.

Commenting on his new position at Baudet UK, Francois said, "I am enjoying working as part of Baudet UK as it is a small team which allows improved communication and organisation, leading to a higher level of customer service and aftercare".

General manager of Baudet UK, Simon Merckel said, "With Francois and Tom part of the Baudet team we can take a pro-active approach and ensure the pods are managed by people who understand the product, ensuring the client is looked after promptly and efficiently".

Both Francois and Tom have worked with Baudet previously, Francois formerly worked as part of Baudet's French division, Baudet SA and Tom working for Baudet on a temporary basis before taking on a permanent role.
