Head of highways for EC Harris
International consultancy EC Harris has appointed Bill Edwards as head of highways.
International consultancy EC Harris has appointed Bill Edwards as head of highways Bill, aged 51, and a partner with the firm, will work out of its Manchester and Leeds offices and takes responsibility for developing the highways sector business in the UK (outside of the South East) and southern Ireland

Bill was formally chief highway engineer for Parkman.
Bill has more than 30 years experience in the highways industry having worked for contractor, local authority, central government and engineering consultants.
He is a chartered engineer and chartered arbitrator.
