EC Harris scores hat trick of wins
EC Harris is celebrating after being crowned as Commercial Services Company of the Year for the third year running.
at Central and Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards 13 February 2006 - EC Harris is celebrating after being crowned as Commercial Services Company of the Year for the third year running at the prestigious Central and Eastern European (CEE) Real Estate Quality Awards in Poland In picking up the Commercial Services Company of the Year award EC Harris beat off stiff competition from 12 other companies in the region, including Ernest and Young, CMS Cameron McKenzie and US law firm, Salans, at the event held at the InterContinental Warszawa Hotel

The prospects for the private residential market across Europe are positive, according to leading international consultants EC Harris.
There was further success for EC Harris when one of its major projects, the Silesia city centre shopping complex in Katowice, Poland, was awarded the CEE Retail Development of the Year 2005.
This development went on to win one of the event's five Grand Awards as CEE Outstanding Development of the Year 2005 - chosen from the winners of each of the six project award categories on offer.
The awards evening saw prizes presented to projects, companies and individuals in 18 categories, including Office Development of the Year, Retail Development of the Year and Industrial and Logistics Development of the Year.
More than 350 construction professionals from across Central and Eastern Europe representing companies such as Credit Suisse, Hochtief, Jones Lang LaSalle, Prologis and Skanska, voted for each category winner.
Mike Pearce, Senior European Partner for EC Harris, said: "This award is clear evidence that we are dominating the Central and Eastern European market and our brand has become exceptionally strong".
"This confidence is backed by the fact that success in these awards is dictated not only by our peer-group of professionals, but, importantly, by clients - as it is they who place the votes".
The annual event was organised by Imagine Events in association with Estates News and Europaproperty.com, and is supported by the Wall Street Journal Europe.
