High-rise residential towers are rapidly becoming a developing feature of the property market across the UK says a report by Knight Frank and EC Harris.
Construction on the project will see the creation of two shopping malls (totalling more than 200,000m2) with a bridge connecting both shopping malls, hotel, residential apartments, commercial block, and car parking.
The hotel refurbishment is one of only a few listed buildings in Jakarta and on completion will be a five star hotel run by a Singaporean hotel operator.
The value of the project is estimated at approximately 1.9 billion (Indonesian Rupees).

The international consultancy's initial involvement in the project has been to audit the structure work of the mall and car parking areas.
PT Grand Indonesia is a member of the Djarum Group, one of the largest conglomerates in Indonesia.
