High-rise residential towers are rapidly becoming a developing feature of the property market across the UK says a report by Knight Frank and EC Harris.
The route curves round the Penarth Head coastline and includes a 'flagship' 800m pedestrian and cycle bridge.
EC Harris has been working on the project since 2002 ensuring the progression of the procurement of the main works to contract award stage; managing the pre-qualification exercise, providing advice relating to the procurement strategy and contract conditions and creating a pre-tender estimate for the works.
Rob Evans who heads up the South Wales office of EC Harris commented: "One of the key challenges to date has been to ensure that the programme of works match the funding requirements of the Welsh Assembly".
"Our commission is ongoing and we are currently in the process of agreeing the initial target cost with the preferred contractor whilst the project is in the detailed design phase.".
