Manager appointed to lead EC Harris in
Germany

John was previously manager for the Dusseldorf office and supported Andreas Roczek who headed up the Berlin office.
John brings to the role vast experience in the Lenders and Investors, Corporate Real Estate and Automotive Retail Sector.
He is currently working as commission manager on a major initiative surrounding the Lexus brand in Europe and as agent for Lexus on a world-wide basis.
John joined EC Harris in 2001 from Ford Land Europe where he was employed in the role of Project Manager.
He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, MBA qualified, the representative for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in Germany, and is fluent in German.
John Atkins said: "The market in Germany is showing strong signs of recovery.
and commissions that we have won recently have been successfully met by combining the skills and experience of both German offices.
It was therefore felt appropriate to draw the two offices closer together.
I am thoroughly looking forward to the opportunity.
Andreas Roczek will be moving on to develop his career within a client organisation.
