Record output for the residential market
The prospects for the private residential market across Europe are positive, according to leading international consultants EC Harris.
The first phase of the redevelopment consists of a state-of-the-art weighing room, a new enlarged parade ring and winner's enclosure, pre-parade ring and saddling boxes as well as new stables.
And the even more spectacular second phase features the construction of two new five-tier grandstands and saddle bar to give the race goer from 2007 a truly 21st century experience.
George Tyson, Partner and Property Sector Leader at the Liverpool office of EC Harris, said: "We're delighted and honoured to play such a pivotal role with our partners in delivering a truly world-class racing experience.

EC Harris is playing a major role in the opening of B and Q Asia's first-ever store aimed at the home improvement market in Hong Kong.
"This is a really thrilling project for the racing world and people passing through the newly-constructed entrance to Aintree will truly appreciate the transformation that is being undertaken".
The first phase of the project started in May 2005 and was recently completed.
Phase two is set to start in April after the John Smith's Grand National and is due to be completed by February 2007 in time for next year's 160th running of the landmark race meeting.
Finance has been provided by Aintree itself and the Horseracing Betting Levy Board plus European and regional funding schemes.
The relocated parade ring features elevated terracing for up to 4,000 spectators to greatly improve viewing of the horses and the new winner's enclosure gives yet more racegoers the chance to see and take part in the victory celebrations.
As the 40 competing horses are the real stars of the show, the new parade ring boasts an enlarged horse walk to ensure that all of the runners are safely managed.
The new stable block incorporates a state-of-the-art veterinary complex and dope-testing unit, while the pre-parade ring has 26 saddling boxes around its perimeter.
A glass front to the weighing room allows race goers the chance to see the jockeys weighing in and out and below the weighing room is a pioneering media centre catering for 150 members of the press.
The previous and historic weighing room is now a premium bar called the Old Weighing Room Bar.
The two-phase project has been designed by Building Design Partnership.
The two new grandstands, adjacent to the Queen Mother stand, will boast terracing, restaurants, bars, hospitality suites, catering and betting facilities and will be linked by a walkway and two-tiered bar areas.
