International property consultancy EC Harris has recently acted for the world's largest construction project management company on the sale of the largest single entity building in France.

International property consultancy EC Harris has recently acted for the world's largest construction project management company on the sale of the largest single entity building in France.

The firm worked on behalf of Tishman Speyer for the purchase of the 135 000m2 Le Lumiere in the Bercy business district, which is next to the ministry of finance and opposite to the new Paris Rive Gauche developments.

The Le Lumiere purchase means that EC Harris has supported Tishman Speyer on the purchase of more than 1 billion of property assets across France in recent months.

In addition, EC Harris has also been providing cost management services to Tishman Speyer for the construction of over 40,000m2 offices in Paris and La Defense.

Tishman Speyer are the world's largest construction project management company, with multiple projects in progress throughout the world at any one time.
