We do intend to rename the building but no decision on a name has been made as yet.
We carried out extensive evaluation of a number of buildings in London and this property matched our very strict requirements.
The property is in an ideal location for our London and non-London based people, given its access to the city's transport links, and makes a positive statement about the future development and direction of the firm.
The property is owned by LaSalle Investment, and is a PandO Development on which we acted as QS.
It has 66,000 square feet of accommodation and we will be the sole tenant.
We are delighted to have secured the property which offers us and our clients excellent facilities for the delivery of services that require multi-disciplinary teams.
Our London office supports more than 700 people and acts as a global hub for the 43 wholly-owned offices that make up the EC Harris international network.
We anticipate occupying the building by the end of the year.
