International consultancy EC Harris in Germany has appointed an expert in the area of lenders and investors to expand its business as the market continues to grow.

Bernd Rosoly, previously Technical Project Developer with MEAG Munich Ergo Asset Management , joins as Service Delivery Leader.

Matthew Cutts, Head of Lenders and Investors for EC Harris, said: "There is strong growth in the international investor market in Germany, and particularly for retail sector acquisitions where the market is very buoyant.

"The appointment of Bernd will help us to meet increasing market demand and deliver added value, in the form of improve cash flow returns, for property lenders in Germany".

Bernd, a qualified civil engineer, has 16 years international experience of working with engineering and development companies as a project manager and real estate developer.
