Report into high rise buildings
High-rise residential towers are rapidly becoming a developing feature of the property market across the UK says a report by Knight Frank and EC Harris.
The appointment is to provide all cost management services on Northumbrian Water's wastewater network programme and 50 per cent of the company's major treatment programme.
The framework, which includes a possible extension to 2012, will also see the international consultancy handle cost control around the major water treatment programme for Essex and Suffolk Water.
Chris Hinton, Key Account Leader for EC Harris, said: "We are delighted with this appointment, which builds on our work over the past years with NWL.
"This framework provides us with the platform to perform as an NWL cost management solutions provider for the AMP4 Programme.
"This win adds further momentum to our business plan to provide further investment in the development of our people, and business in the North East and South East.".
