New leader to meet Belfast growth challenge

EC Harris has appointed Colm Lavery to lead its Belfast office.
Colm (36) is a chartered surveyor with a wealth of experience in office, retail, health, education and commercial projects in both public and private sectors.
The international property consultancy is currently experiencing rapid growth in its Northern Ireland client portfolio, which includes work on Bangor Leisure Centre, Lyric Theatre Belfast and Enniskillen Hospital.
Colm joins EC Harris from White Young Green where he was Associate Director.
