Cliff Dainty, formerly with R P Hardware, joins as a Consultant, and Duncan Smith also joins as a Consultant, from Festival Housing Group.
As Senior Consultant, Stuart will act as employers agent and client representative on new build schemes and fufil a traditional building surveying role on refurbishment and asset management projects.
Stuart has more than 20 years experience in social housing including roles as building surveyor with Bromsford Housing Group and Bucknall Austin.
He has a BSc in Quantity Surveying from the University of Central England.
Cliff brings his supply chain experience to the team and has provided strategic procurement support to Advantage South West, a procurement consortium of 10 Registered Social Landlord (RSL) in the South West of England.
He will also offer supply chain and procurement support for EC Harris' technical advisor managing Leeds City Council's ongoing PFI project.
Duncan, who has previously worked for the borough councils of Caerphilly and Vale of Glamorgan, and South Wales Police, will be responsible for managing the effects of S106 agreements, act as interim development manager for housing associations and carry out developer grant work for non-RSL bodies.
