EC Harris has appointed Richard Bonner as a new Partner in its rapidly growing Bristol office.

Richard (37) has a wealth of project management, bid management and strategic consultancy experience across the private and public sectors The international property consultancy established an office from scratch in the city some four years ago and has now grown to establish a 40-strong team based in its offices in Clifton

Partner Nick Cryer, who has led the business in Bristol since its launch in April 2003, will now fulfil a more national role for the firm with Richard reinforcing the leadership team in the Bristol office.

Nick commented: "We have greatly exceeded the initial growth targets we set when we invested in the city".

"It is gratifying to see that this continued expansion and confidence in the future has enabled us to attract someone of Richard's calibre".

Richard, who joins EC Harris from Rose Project Services where he was Regional Director, is the latest in a number of high calibre individuals to be attracted to EC Harris in Bristol.

Other recent appointments have included Edward Gurhy and Richard Jones, who joined as Associates from Gleeds, and Anthony Rees, who joins as a Senior Project Manager, also from Rose.
