EC Harris project in Poland
EC Harris has project managed the second stage of development on Poland's leading shopping centre - the award winning Stary Browar.
The centre in Poznan, which won the ICSC Shopping Centre Award for the Best Medium Size Shopping Centre in the World last year, opened phase two in March this year Previously a 19th century brewery, the 66,000m2 centre boasts shopping units, art gallery, open air and indoor restaurants, cinema multiplex, offices, and open air theatre
The six-storey building includes three underground levels offering parking for 1,200 vehicles.
Having successfully completed the phase one of Stary Browar in 2003, EC Harris Poland continued working on Stary Browar phase II as project manager, cost manager, technical site supervisor and tenant coordinator.
The project is an investment by Fortis Sp, z.o.o.
