New Commercial Director joins EC Harris
Tom Dobrashian has joined the Leeds office of EC Harris to head up the firm's regeneration offering in the North.
He will be responsible for delivering commercially viable regeneration schemes that benefit local communities for both the public and private sector Tom has spent the last four years as Commercial Director for Elevate East Lancashire, leading the new development and master planning activity of the housing pathfinder

Having worked in both the public and private sectors, Tom sees a gap in the regeneration market.
He said: "In the public sector all too often master plans lack commercial viability and delivery, to say the least, lacks dynamism".
"From the private sector side the socio economic aspects and long term commitment to an area can be lacking".

One of the exemplars highlighted is the public private partnership in Solihull where the private sector is sharing profits with the public.
EC Harris are custodians of the financial and operational programme on this scheme".
