Delivery of National Affordable Housing
Programme
EC Harris has aided five of its developer clients to pre-qualify as Preferred Partners for the National Affordable Housing Programme.
This will enable Concept Development Solutions, Marcity Developments, Larkfleet Homes, Mclean Homes and Morris Homes to bid for Developer Grant as part of the Housing Corporation's GBP8.4 billion investment in affordable housing through to 2011 Mark Farmer, Partner and Head of Private Residential at EC Harris said; "I am delighted that we have been able to support our private sector clients to access this key funding stream during challenging market conditions and to play a key role in the delivery of the NAHP"
