Edgetech UK has recruited a new Technical Sales Engineer to respond to increased orders and enquiries John Hesketh will cover the North of England and has wealth of experience, having worked for 20 years in the construction, glass and glazing industries
After initially qualifying as a joiner, John started selling through builders' merchants with JH Sankey, "then one of the biggest in the country.
I quickly moved to manufacturing with timber and PVC-U window fabricators, and then worked for various glass and component firms.
"It's the perfect time to start at Edgetech, as the future is all about energy rated windows.
The market's evolved, and more and more people are turning to warm edge technology." John has been married for 33 years, with two children, and is a big rugby fan: "I used to play as a winger - I was fast on my feet when I was younger but now I'm just a quick thinker!".
