"Julie joins the team as Office Manager with over 25 years of experience in customer services, while Charlotte joins us as Sales and Marketing Advisor to ensure customers get the support they need to stay ahead".

"There is a strong team focus and everyone's views are taken into consideration." Charlotte adds: "I love working directly with customers as well as the more 'behind the scenes' setting up of CRM systems and databases, and coming up with new ideas for Edgetech's customer support".
