Kilworth House Hotel fire safety easily solved by using an Envirograf fire and smoke motorised drop curtain which is activated by the fire alarm system.

Kilworth House Hotel Luxury accommodation demands a quality finish Kilworth House was originally built in 1888 as an elegant residence for the local High Sheriff and remained in private ownership for many years until it was purchased by the current owners who have massively extended the property by adding bars, restaurants, health and beauty rooms and restored this property into a 41 bedroom and 10 conference room luxury hotel set in 38acres of South Leicestershire rolling parkland In addition to the luxury of the hotel, Kilworth House boasts its very own theatre which nestles in the orangery area of the grounds offering guests candlelit performances

The Architects Corporate Architecture of Leicester had a brief from the owners to restore the original building and also to keep the additional accommodation to strict Victorian values, whilst also conforming to current building regulations.

Envirograf passive fire prevention products were chosen to fireproof and upgrade much of the ornate ceiling work, doors and timber.

In addition on the first floor a large opening, flanked by columns had to be protected in the event of a fire, this problem was easily solved by using an Envirograf fire and smoke motorised drop curtain which is activated by the fire alarm system.
