London Homebuilding And Renovating Show 2004
Specialist ground engineering solutions company Abbey Pynford will be exhibiting at the London Homebuilding and Renovating Show, which takes place at the Wembley Exhibition Centre 10 - 12 September.
The announcement follows Guildhouse consortium's selection as preferred bidder for South East Midlands' LIFT.
As consortium member, Elementa will provide technical advice, M+E, public health and renewable and sustainable energy design services for two purpose-built healthcare facilities in Wolverton and Bedford.
The projects, which are due to start on site in 2007, have a projected capital spend of GBP12 million.
Elementa's new Castle Donington office is being headed up by associate Martin King, previously lead engineer on a 1200 bed, GBP450 million PFI project at the University Hospital of North Staffordshire.
King boasts more than 25 years building engineering experience.
"We are delighted to be part of Guildhouse consortium and to have the opportunity to help provide much needed and improved healthcare services for the growing needs of patients in the area," said Martin King.
Designed by architectural consultancy partner CPMG Architects, Bedford Road Health Centre will feature a new combined GP practice with wider primary care support teams and diagnostic treatment centre Other Guildhouse consortium partners include construction company Mansell Construction, and civil and structural engineering firm WML Consulting.
Elementa is also M+E consultant on LIFT projects in Oxford and Dudley South.
