Southern Tool Fair launched by Elliotts

Leading Independent Building Merchants, Elliotts Tool Warehouse is launching The Southern Tool fair, bringing together the largest selection of hand and power tools on the South Coast.

In the current economic climate whilst many companies are cutting back on promotional activities, The Southern Tool Fair takes place in June at the Hampshire Rosebowl just off J7 of the M27 - admittance is free and everyone is welcome.

In addition to tradestands where the UK's top brands of tools will be showcasing product launches and demonstrating their tools, we have been able to secure a heat of the Irwin Ultimate Tradesman Challenge at the fair.

The Southern Toolfair heat winner will receive over GBP500 worth of tools and clothing and will also go forward to the grand final, later in the year, where the prize is a Porsche 911.

Other attractions include Milwaukee's Big Red Truck which will be at the show as part of a six-week tour around the UK and Ireland.

The eye-catching vehicle will be showcasing the toughest, heavy duty tools being unleashed onto the market during 2009, giving tradesmen and women the opportunity to jump on board to enjoy live demos and get to grips with the latest tools.

Visitors can also take advantage of show specials with some great deals and giveaways, as well as participate in some of the fun activities on offer.
