E-Motive Displays In The Riyadh Kingdom

E-Motive has supplied custom-designed lift displays and lift monitoring systems to the award-winning Kingdom Centre building in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
At 300m (984ft) tall, the Kingdom Centre has become an instant icon due to it's striking design and the international range of its design and construction team Each of the Centre's 21 lifts was fitted with two customised FS1040 full colour LCD position indicators with high resolution displays showing elevator position, direction, date and time, as well as floor directories and different corporate logos for each floor

E-Motive Displays Its Talents
Elevator display specialist E-Motive has supplied custom-designed displays and a lift monitoring system to the stunning new Al Faisaliah building in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The units can be programmed to display a wide range of messages, from weather forecasts and special greetings to forthcoming events.
Real-time messages, such as news flashes or public warnings, can also be relayed from a remote PC through an RS485 serial interface.
In addition to the lift indicators, E-Motive also supplied lift monitoring systems for the 21 lifts and for 22 escalators.
The total value of the project was £200,000 (US$358,000).

"The selection criteria was extremely rigorous, particularly as the Centre was the personal project of Prince Alwaleed bin Talal Abdulaziz Al Saud.

It has a successful track record of installations in numerous commercial, industrial, government and residential buildings worldwide, of which the Kingdom Centre is just the latest example.
