English Architectural Glazing has shown off its work on a major NHS hospital in the north of England.
EAG secured the GBP1.4m contract from main contractor Kajima to install doors, curtain walling, atrium wall/roof glazing and brise soliel to the Sheffield Northern General Hospital Pre-Construction Director for EAG, Edward Whipp, said: This has been a superb project for us which has transformed the hospital completely
We are proud to have been part of this scheme and of the work we have undertaken.
EAG has a great deal of experience in working in hospital surroundings having worked on the New Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, Alexandra Children's Hospital Brighton, and the Great Ormond Street Camilla Botna Building".
The new building, designed by architects Sheppard Robson, was one of the first projects for EAG in Sheffield and opened to the public in May 2007.
