Civil justice centre is no trial for
Euroclad

Euroclad's Facades division has just completed supply of rainscreen panels to the prominent new Civil Justice Centre in Manchester.

Euroclad's Facades division has just completed supply of over 8,000m2 of rainscreen panels to the prominent new Civil Justice Centre in Manchester Chosen and installed by Josef Gartner and Co UK , the infill panels complete the powerful exterior of the building

Constructed of Dark Grey Metallic Alpolic/fr composite material, the Euroclad panels are part of a detailed and complex facade, which also features various types of curtain walling.

After a difficult selection process, the manufacturer was chosen for the colour consistency of the material and the proven flatness of the panels themselves.

At a cost of £160m, the new court complex will house 47 courtrooms, four tribunal courts, 75 consultation rooms, as well as office and administration space.

Designed by Denton Corker Marshall, the building will be a striking addition to the cityscape on its completion in early 2007.

Robert Simcock of Josef Gartner comments: "The Alpolic/fr panel system has a unique finish and was chosen for this project as it offers a consistent colour to the building facade over a large visible surface area.

This consistency of colour cannot be achieved with finishes such as anodised aluminium". Request a free brochure from Euroclad ...
