Euroclad win GBP2 million regeneration
project
GBP2 million regeneration scheme designed by Boyes Rees Architects and led by Compton Developments has specified Euroclad's Secret Fix roofing system.
The 1830m2 development at Dunleavy Drive benefited from the speedy installation of a SF500 roofing system which offers specifiers and contractors guaranteed performance The external finish of the units with the use of glass frontages, rendered walls and timbered features creates a piazza-style setting with landscaped areas and block-paved walkways which are complemented by the use of Euroclad's modern curved roofing design

Euroclad's SF500 is specifically designed for pitched roofs down to 2.5deg (minimum actual pitch 1deg), with no external penetration of the sheet, no end laps and low maintenance performance.
Graham David of Boyes Rees Architects, comments: "This project required products which offer a high aesthetic finish, are quick and simple to install and require little maintenance".
"Euroclad's SF500 system was the ideal product for Dunleavy Drive as it met our technical requirements".
Secret Fix systems involve the mechanical fixing through the underlap of the profile into the roof structure, which is then covered by the overlap of the adjacent sheet.
